The Little Prince a poetic and philosophical tale written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. This French-language work was published under the appearance of a children's tale on April 6, 1943 in New York, simultaneously with its English translation.

There are numerous phonographic, musical, theatrical, illustrated and cinematographic adaptations of the Little Prince . Translated into more than 300 languages, it is the second most translated work in the world after the Bible.
